When i plugin my headphone asusual in the laptop only one side is playing well, sometimes both the sides work fine. Is there any issue with headphone or laptop.

What you can do is to try plugging in another headset in and seeing how it does. I doubt the jack in your laptop is faulty, so just try a different headset and check with it..
