Give me a suggestion, what is the difference between phishing and spam?

Spam is electronic junk mail or waste newsgroup posting where Phishing is the beguiling undertaking to secure sensitive information such as login credentials, credit / debit card details.

Major difference is spam will fill your inbox with unsolicited advertisements thereby causing you miss some important email in that clutter while phishing may result in financial loss or identity theft. Phishing is known as an attempt to trick someone to reveal his password.
