I tried to pay my bill through PayPal,but it says my PayPal account has limitations now. Now I can't even log into my PayPal account. What is the reason i couldn’t login my paypal account now...

If you’re having trouble logging in, you may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. Try this method if not you can contact paypal support team for assistance.

Try to reset your paypal account, The best way to get this taken care of is to contact PayPal directly ao that they can take a look at your PayPal account and find out the issue.
