Is it really safe to play on the dark web

Dark Web is that part of the web which is only accessible by special means of software. The users of the dark web are fully anonymous to each other. In case of its use, it is fully illegal and all illegal materials are sold on it. the hidden part of the internet used for selling drugs, guns, child abuse videos, and other illegal stuff. Well, it is clearly very dangerous.
Probably over a half of the darknet users are hackers and a proxy browser isn’t as safe as it seems.
