What are attacks in network security?

There are three different types of attacks are there in network security. 

1. Active Attack
2. Passive Attack
3. Advance Attack

Active Attack is an attack distinguish by the assailant endeavoring to break into the framework.

Passive Attack is an attack distinguish by the attacker listening in on communication.
