If your website has been hacked, you will find these following steps and these steps help you recover from a hacked website.
Contact your hosting provider
Remove the malware or other content that has been injected in to your site
Check to see if your site is on any blacklists.

Improper design coding or not proper testing also may be the reason for hacking, If you are the owner of your site, please change the FTP username and password.
My suggestion is to approach good security companies to get recover from this problem

1) Change your login details including FTP and database.

2) Now upload your files and go live again.

Once your website & hosting account are hacked you need to completely clean up your hacked website and hosting account. There are a few plugins available you may try this.

The best way is to harden your WordPress plugin & consider a new hosting firm.

Helpful: Consult best website security providers like(Comodo cWatch, Sucuri etc.,)
